Food For Skin Problems!

Try the following groups of foods and you will immediately start to see that your diet is your number one cosmetic!



Wrinkles?

You really need lots of vitamin A in order to help your tissues grow and fill all fine lines, so add to your daily menu at least one portion of cantaloupe and lots of green leafy vegetables such as spinach or lettuce.

Vitamin C is mostly found in strawberries, lemons, oranges and kiwis.



Very dry or aged-looking skin?

You need the superpower of three vitamins that will nourish your skin, heal it and will help it revive.

Vitamin E for healing and moisture, vitamin A for regeneration and tissue growth and vitamin C to stimulate your collagen production.

Try the foods with the biggest concentration of each vitamin in order to get adequate amounts of all three vitamins such as almonds, strawberries, cantaloupe, spinach and avocados.
