Tip For Beginners

If you find it difficult to follow the steps then better not try to tie it on yourself. If you have a doll or any kind of stuffed animal, or even the arm of a chair, it will work fine. You may afterwards put it around your neck.

If you manage to make the knot and love it, that doesn’t mean that you will not untie the knot until the next time you will wear the tie. It’s a huge mistake and it will ruin your ties if you don’t untie them right after you take them out! And also try not to hang them in your closet. Instead fold them gently and store in a drawer.
