Why almost nothing works on Cellulite? Have you ever thought what actually Cellulite is?

You can’t get rid of Cellulite but there are a few experts’ tips you should have in mind if you wish to improve your skin’s appearance!

Most women have it. Girls too. And models. Even some men. But what is the scariest, is that once you get it, it is forever and there is nothing on Earth to help you get rid of it.

It may go away for a while, you may hide it with numerous tricks but Cellulite is here to stay. That bitch.

Seriously have you ever thought what actually Cellulite is?
Cellulite is just the reflection of dehydrated fat cells on your skin. It is neither a disease, nor a special condition and certainly not only for women or overweight people; it is not something to be treated other than fat.

The only thing that differs it, is that fat layers that look like orange peel usually have a terrible blood circulation which means low oxygen and thus very difficult for the area to breathe, cleanse and turn into healthy looking skin.

The Cellulite Loop
Once Cellulite is established (orange peel looking skin) then little can help and this is what I call the Cellulite loop.

In brief, once the fat cells start to grow, the blood circulation in the area gets more and more weak and since that happens, any treatment that tries to reduce Cellulite through a stimulation of blood (hyperemia), makes things worse because there is no room for blood to circulate causing swelling and pain.

If you wish to reduce Cellulite or even prevent it from establishing, then you should do it before the fat cells become so big and dry that blood cannot circulate to reverse it. That is why most Cellulite cosmetics and treatments do nothing at all.

If you have decided to do something about Cellulite then try to avoid the following:
  • Any cosmetic that claims Cellulite is a skin problem. It is not. It is a lot deeper than that. It is problematic fat cells that reflect to the skin.

  • Any cosmetic applied on the skin that doesn’t use heat (or any other means in order to somehow increase blood circulation) or any way to penetrate the skin and reach the fat cells, does nothing apart from a smoother but still lumpy skin.

  • Any cosmetic (not drug) that claims to penetrate the skin and reach the fat cells without the use of electricity or heat. Just think that if a cosmetic could do that, then so could germs and bacteria. We would all be dead! ;)

  • Any treatment or cosmetic that promises a “once and for all” solution is not to be taken seriously. It won’t work.

You can’t get rid of Cellulite but there are a few experts’ tips you should have in mind if you wish to improve your skin’s appearance for a while:

Circulation
Since Cellulite is only found in areas with bigger or a larger number of fat cells (such as your stomach, thighs and butt), improve the blood circulation where the problem is and you will see results.

For example, gently massage every day that area for a few minutes (no matter what soap, cream or glove you use) and it will do the trick.

Remember though (according to The Cellulite Loop) that the bigger the problem is, the softer the massage should be.

Weight
Of course, you can’t drive a diet to help you lose weight from a specific part of your body but have in mind that a better overall weight will also help any problematic areas with bigger fat cells that prevent blood to bring oxygen and thus, help Cellulite form.

Also most people tend to first lose weight from the areas that have the biggest or larger number of fat cells, so only a few days of low calorie intake may do wonders for you!

Surgery
The only surgery that has some results on Cellulite is liposuction and that is mainly because it sucks fat cells. However, it will reappear if the remaining fat cells start growing once again.

Or it may form in another part of your body. Surgery is a good way to improve your body’s appearance and reduce Cellulite but you need work to maintain the results.

Tanning
The best and the easiest way to improve your body’s image, especially if you don’t have time, is a deep chocolate tan. The darker the skin the less the Cellulite is spotted! ;)

Now, who’s the fairest?
